What makes us different
The people who configure your finance module can also run it
This is unusual, and it is the reason most of our work lands. An ERP consultancy will configure your ledger correctly and leave. An accountancy firm will produce your management accounts from whatever the system gives them. Neither is responsible for the gap in between.
That gap is where the manual work lives: the reconciliations that only one person understands, the report that is rebuilt every month because the system version is not quite right, the journal that gets posted to correct something upstream.

Six stages, and you can stop after any of them
We do not require a full programme to start. Plenty of our work begins as a short review of a system somebody else implemented.
Discover
We look at how the business actually runs — not how the process document says it runs. Usually a day or two on site.
Design
A written solution design: what the system will do, what it will not, and which processes need to change. You approve it before anything is built.
Implement
Configuration, development and data migration, delivered in stages you can see and test rather than one long silence.
Integrate
Connecting the ERP to the other systems that matter, so data moves once and is entered once.
Optimise
Testing, user acceptance and the first close. This is where most of the value is either realised or lost.

Ongoing support from the people who built it, with the option of us running the finance function on top.
